General

To ensure all of our dice meet or stands for elite-quality, our dice are made from a premium resin base that we proudly use and roll daily. Individual inclusions vary per design and type of dice (i.e. liquid core, iconic, iridescent) but can include various lightweight metal foils, glitters, mica, A/B coating, and even real flowers.
Resins do oxidate and change over time, but we’ve taken pains to choose colorfast materials. Resins tend to brown or yellow more quickly when exposed to direct sunlight.
We’ve run tests where we expose the dice to direct sunlight outdoors for weeks without significant shifts, but we do recommend that they’re rolled in a padded tray and kept away from direct light for optimal aging.
All of Dispel's gaming dice are balanced for casual tabletop play! The inclusions used in our dice are very close in weight to the resin they are suspended in, so they do not create any significant balance issues when properly rolled. They are not balanced for high stakes casino level play and would not be suitable for such use.
Every artisan set made by Dispel Dice is hand poured, so there may be slight differences in color and material suspension in the dice. This means that each die is one of a kind due to how they're crafted.

If you are in any way unhappy with an order please contact us within 30 days and we will return or replace the item.Return shipping is on us, but we reserve the right to issue you a refund in lieu of a replacement at our discretion.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide, with a few exceptions related to countries that are not accepting mail from USPS or UPS, which may change due to COVID-19 restrictions over time.
To thank you for all your support, we now offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $35 and $225 for international orders (*some exclusions apply.)
For orders that do not qualify, please note that this varies depending on the country and service you choose. Dispel does not charge any additional fees, so you will pay exactly what the carrier charges us.
