Will you restock a certain design?
We plan to restock most designs unless noted otherwise in the listing, but do not have a firm date for when they will be restocked at the moment. Please sign up for the mailing list here for the most up to date information when we restock!
What are the dice made of?
All dice are made in a base of resin that we are proud to use and roll every day. Inclusions vary per design but can include various light weight metal foils, glitters, micas, and even real flowers.
Does resin yellow and do the pigments fade?
Resins do oxidate and change over time, but we’ve taken pains to choose colorfast materials. Resins tend to brown or yellow more quickly when exposed to direct sunlight.
We’ve run tests where we expose the dice to direct sunlight outdoors for weeks without significant shifts, but we do recommend that they’re rolled in a padded tray and kept away from direct light for optimal aging.
Are the dice balanced?
They are balanced for casual table top play! The inclusions used in our dice are very close in weight to the resin they are suspended in so they do not create any significant balance issues when properly rolled. They are not balanced for high stakes casino level play and would not be suitable for such use.
Do you sell different configurations of dice (Singles, sets of d6s, d10, etc)?
We currently do not, but it is a goal of ours to offer different configurations in the future.
Do you sell uninked dice?
We currently do not sell uninked dice.
How will webstore stock affect the Dispel Dice Debut Collection Kickstarter campaign and the Dice 2.0 by Wyrmwood & Dispel Kickstarter campaign?
We’ve completed fulfillment of the Dispel Dice Debut Collection Kickstarter campaign with the exception of some replacement orders, which comes from a different selection of stock. It will not affect replacement orders.
Our primary focus is now fulfilling the Dice 2.0 by Wyrmwood & Dispel campaign, which is why inventory on the site is currently limited.
Will you be offering Dice 2.0 by Wyrmwood & Dispel designs on the website?
No. Those are available only through the campaign, which has concluded. Preorders are still available here.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
How can I use my gift card?
While we are still in a soft launch phase of our store opening our gift card system is not set up yet. We are working on getting this feature ready for our full store launch to make sure everyone can use their gift cards as soon as possible.
Will I be charged sales tax?
By law we must charge sales tax in certain states that require them. Sales tax will be shown in the check out process after you have entered your address and before you pay. We appreciate your understanding.

We ship out of California, USA.
Does Dispel ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the world with a few exceptions related to countries that are not accepting mail from USPS which may change due to COVID-19 restrictions over time.
