Who is Mao Momiji?

Mao Momiji is the artist and food designer for Dungeon Meshi and Delicious in Dungeon. At this exhibition, he showcases his food designs as well as his personal mouth-watering food illustrations.

After his graduation from Musashino Art University’s oil painting program, Mao Momiji began exploring the depiction of light, texture, and cute characters in his art. He has since then pursued artistic development in multiple fields including advertising and writing, most notably collaborating with various renowned brands, including Wacom, PARCO, Adobe, Gakken, Seven-Eleven Japan. In 2019, he started updating his Instagram with food-themed illustrations every day and continues to this day!

Delicious in Dungeon on Netflix

Dungeons, dragons … and delicious monster stew!? Adventurers foray into a cursed buried kingdom to save their friend, cooking up a storm along the way. Based on the acclaimed comic Delicious in Dungeon, this Netflix show is an adaptation for fantasy and culinary fans.
