Due to the nature of the promotion, our usual return policy will not apply unless there is a defect with a particular dice set. If that dice set is available, we will replace it. Dispel ships orders on a first-come-first-served basis. Our usual lead time for orders is 1-2 business days, however, this may take longer depending on volume. If you have any questions, please reach out to support@dispeldice.com.
