We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If the dice do not meet your expectations, arrive damaged, or with missing parts, please contact support@dispeldice.com within 30 days of receiving your product, and we'll do our best to take care of you.

Sets from our latest collection at the time (Holiday 2025) and from collaborations are excluded from Lucky Bags. Due to the nature of the promotion, Lucky Bags are not eligible for returns. If there is a defect with a particular item, we will replace it if there is available inventory, or substitute another set.
