*Please note that Anime Club sets from the current drop are excluded from Anime Lucky Bags.
Due to the nature of the promotion, that our usual return policy will not apply unless there is a defect with a particular dice set. If that dice set is available, we will replace it. Otherwise we will substitute another dice set at random.
Dispel ships orders on a first-come-first-served basis. Our usual lead time for orders is 1-2 business days, however, this may take longer depending on volume. If you have any questions, please reach out to support@dispeldice.com.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If the dice do not meet your expectations, arrive damaged, or with missing parts, please contact support@dispeldice.com within 30 days of receiving your product, and we'll do our best to take care of you.
