Dispel ships orders on a first-come-first-served basis. Our usual lead time for orders is 1-2 business days, however, this may take longer depending on volume.
PLEASE NOTE: Any pre-order items will be shipped at or around the stated estimated shipping period. A shipment confirmation notice will be sent once your order has been completed. If your order contains a pre-order and an in-stock item, it will ship out once all items are ready to go.

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If the dice do not meet your expectations, arrive damaged, or with missing parts, please contact support@dispeldice.com within 30 days of receiving your product, and we'll do our best to take care of you.

Sets from our latest collection (Black Friday 2025) and from collaborations are excluded from Lucky Bags. Due to the nature of the promotion, Lucky Bags are not eligible for returns. If there is a defect with a particular item, we will replace it if there is available inventory, or substitute another set.
