We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If the dice do not meet your expectations, arrive damaged, or with missing parts, please contact support@dispeldice.com within 30 days of receiving your product, and we'll do our best to take care of you.

Due to the nature of the promotion, our usual return policy will not apply unless there is a defect with a particular dice set. If that dice set is available, we will replace it. Otherwise we will substitute another dice set at random.
